I have learned that whether we make ourselves miserable or strong willed, the amount of work done is the same. So, we must choose to be useful, and with an element of grit. Undoubtedly, when it comes to achieving success, there is a common misconception that talent and intelligence are the sole determining factors. However, research has shown that a far more important predictor of success is a quality known as grit.
Flowing from this, grit combines passion, persistence, and resilience to drive people toward goals with steady dedication. It means staying focused on a long-term vision, not distracted by short-term setbacks or disappointments. This quality separates those who achieve greatness from dreamers or those who settle for mediocrity.
